DYRECS (Dynamic Residential Control System) is an IoT platform prototype designed to monitor and control household devices in residential areas. This innovative smart home application was presented at the 'IoT Challenge 2016', where it won the favorite champion award. The system uses technologies such as Node.js for the backend, MQTT for messaging, MySQL for database management, jQuery for the frontend, and Raspberry Pi for hardware integration.
